Villa Annunziata è a Costigliole d'Asti, località situata tra Asti e Alba, in una zona collinare dominata dai vigneti. Il territorio è stato proclamato dall’UNESCO patrimonio dell’umanità.
La villa dispone di un’ampia zona relax dotata di barbecue, forno a legna con ampi spazi esterni per aperitivi e cene romantiche. Il giardino perfettamente curato ospita una piscina riscaldata con una vista emozionante sul castello di Costigliole, abitato dalla Contessa di Castiglione, famosa per essere stata l’amante di Napoleone.
La residenza si sviluppa su oltre 500 mq con 5 camere, 5 bagni, 2 soggiorni, 2 cucine indipendenti e una taverna in cui si trova un biliardo regolamentare. L’abitazione è arredata con mobili antichi in stile piemontese ed è dotata di tutti i comfort per garantire un soggiorno indimenticabile.

Das Haus ist super schön. Der Pool mit der Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst.

WONDERFUL STAY
Very nice house and great view on the landscape, everything was very nice and clean, enough space for a large group, would recommend it any time.

AUTHENTIC AND SPACIOUS VILLA IN BETWEEN VINEYARDS
We (three couples in our thirties) were pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the villa. The kitchen and bathrooms (four of them in total - better than the pictures) are brand new and well equipped while the rest of the house retains an authentic rustic vibe. The swimming pool, well kept garden, and barbecue area were focal points of our holiday, despite the amount of mosquitoes it spawns during this year's rather wet summer. Our host was super responsive (even though we didn't need a lot of assistance) and recommended nearby activities and restaurants. We ended up asking the nearby Baldi Silvano vineyard for a tour, which was a highlight of our stay (thanks to owner Angela who hosted a wine tasting for us in Italian). We're coming back next year!

FANTASTIC HOLIDAYS IN A GREAT VILLA
We had a great time in the villa with our group! The rooms and facilities were super clean and we really enjoyed bbq’ing and baking pizzas in the outdoors pizza oven. The pool had an amazing view over the surrounding hills, vineyards and villages. Federico, the host, was always happy to help when we had any questions or issues.
